Parent Surveys
Parents please take a few minutes to complete the Parent Survey for the Walk/Bike to School program funded by a Safe Routes to School grant. Parents at Sierra Vista and Skyview have completed this paper survey prior to construction of the bike path to Sierra Vista and our Walk/Bike to School days. This is a follow up survey to see if funding these programs is effective or not.
Surveys open until December 15, 2011. Will be repeated at the conclusion of the school year.
