May 2012:  National Bike Month

• 3rd Annual Pueblo Bicycle Commuter Cup begins May 1st
• Adaptive Cycle Day:  Sunday, May 6th, 11 am to 2 pm at Lake Elizabeth at Riverwalk   
• National Bike to School Day: Wednesday, May 9th. Pueblo West High School, Sierra Vista Elementary and Skyview Middle School are registered to possibly win a bike rack. Register your school to win. 
• Work 'n Walk: Tues, May 15th on the Riverwalk at lunch 11:30 to 1 pm. Scavenger Hunt type walk on the Riverwalk
• Bike from Work Happy Hour:  Thursday, May 17th 4:30-8:00 pm at Bingo Burger 
• Dine on Skyline: Saturday, May 26th ride to Skyline Drive west of Canon City for lunch (rescheduled to this date due to rain)

June 2012:  Colorado Bike Month

• 3rd Annual Pueblo Bicycle Commuter Cup continues through June 30  
• Full Moon Off-Road Ride - Friday, June 1st 8 pm at the Nature Center brought to you by the Great Divide Bike Shop  
• Yarn Bomb Ride - Friday June 1st 6 pm at Cycle of Life bike shop to Sangre de Cristo Arts Center
• Southern Colorado Tour de Cure for Diabetes: Saturday, June 16th in Woodland Park Bicycle Tour including a walk/run, family ride, mountain bike course, and 3 road bike course distances to choose from. Proceeds send kids in this area to Camp Colorado for a week with 260 other kids who are all type 1 diabetics, letting them have fun, feel normal and enjoy the great outdoors. 
• Royal Gorge Whitewater Festival:  Sat, June 22nd and Sun, June 23rd in Canon City. Fun weekend on the Arkansas River with five river events (kayak, duckie, raft, board,etc) plus WAR-Whitewater Adventure Race-obstacle course run/swim or whatever it takes to reach the finish
• Colorado Bike to Work breakfast stops:  Wednesday, June 27th 6:00-9:00 am. 
• Pueblo Cruiser rides:  Starts June 8th 7 pm. 2nd and 4th Fridays during warmer months. Begin and end at Bingo Burger. 

July 2012: 

• Pueblo Cruiser rides: 2nd and 4th Fridays during warmer months. Begin & end at Bingo Burger  

August 2012:

• Run 4 Trails: Saturday, August 25th in Pueblo West at Pueblo West High School 

• Pueblo Cruiser rides: 2nd and 4th Fridays during warmer months. Begin & end at Bingo Burger 

September 2012:

• YMCA Corporate Cup   
• Pueblo Cruiser rides: 2nd and 4th Fridays during warmer months. Begin & end at Bingo Burger

Bike Scavenger Hunt 

• Arkansas Point Mountain Bike Race: 2012 race unfortunately canceled
• Ordinary Mortals and Mini Mortals Triathlon: Sunday, April 15th at CSU-Pueblo. Great super sprint reverse tri or duathlon for adults in the morning and youth triathlon in the afternoon. Great for never ever beginners to experienced triathletes just getting ready for the season!
• Spring Fling Bike Ride: Sunday, April 15th 9:30 am at Test Track. **Please watch for cyclists on the triathlon course while driving out to the Industrial Park**
• Spank Blasing 5 km and 10 km run/walk: Saturday, April 21st at CSU-Pueblo. 10 am start with free breakfast burritos and massages after the race!
